Additionally, Pastoral Care Director - Healthcare plans and coordinates with other clergy to conduct interfaith worship experiences. May perform the duties of a chaplain. Requires a master's degree.     Job Description:

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Healthcare Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health, assisted living communities, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients. You will be responsible for promoting our services, organizing community events, and implementing outreach strategies to increase awareness and engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our services within the community.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers.
    • Collaborate with local organizations, senior centers, and community groups to organize educational seminars, workshops, and health fairs.
    • Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about our services and offerings.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare providers and organizations.
    • Coordinate outreach efforts with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Track and report on outreach activities, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and best practices related to home health, assisted living, senior living, and skilled nursing facilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, healthcare administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience working with or within home health, assisted living communities, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
    • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license.
