As a Social Services Director you will prepare our residents for their future. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Mountain View by ensuring our residents social and emotional needs are met during their stay, coordinating resident discharges and participating in resident care conferences. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe. You would be one of two Social Service Directors at our facility.
This position will be responsible for our Long Term Care unit.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or similar field and two (2) years of experience in a Social Worker role preferably in a healthcare setting but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
