The ideal candidate will have experience in a production or manufacturing based enviornment, working with paint & raw materials, mixing raw materials, filling & assembling goods and must have the ability to see color. **Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment is preferred
- Must be able to see color
- Required to be on your feet for the entire shift
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ability to operate a scale or read & write paint formulations is a PLUS
- Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy in work
