Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Specialist. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right automotive parts and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:

- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Process sales transactions and handle cash in accordance with company policies

- Maintain inventory levels by ordering, receiving, and stocking parts

- Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure efficiency and easy access to inventory

- Collaborate with the sales team to promote sales of parts and accessories

- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environmen

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Sales experience or sales management skills are beneficial

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a p

- Cash handling experience is preferred
