Parts Supervisor jobs in New Jersey
Parts Supervisor identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Supervisor monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Supervisor generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Supervisor independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. To be a Parts Supervisor typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Apply to join the KSI team today!Job DescriptionAs an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible maintaining and updating inventory as well as participating in annual inventory procedures. The main task of the Inventory Control Specialist is to search, locate, and report inventory errors and perform audits and adjustments.Responsibilities:Maintain and update inventory records as well as reconcile inventories to book records and make necessary adjustmentsParticipate in annual physical inventory proceduresPerform weekly cycle counts and make necessary system adjustmentsAssists with processing returns and move returned products to its proper location.Maintain tight security over inventory and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to inventory recordsConduct search to locate products within the system, adjust records and take proper steps when there are discrepanciesGenerates all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts including records of all audits, counts and adjustmentsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent required3 years of experience as an Inventory Control SpecialistCherry Picker, order picker, or reach truck experience.Must have experience with manual inventory procedures.Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently Proficiency in WMS, Excel, and general computer skillsInventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practicesInterpersonal and communication skills, Accuracy, and great attention to detailAdditional InformationCompensation: Yearly salary ranging from $ 55,000 - $ 70,000, based on experienceBenefits: KSI Auto Parts offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
