Parts Supervisor jobs in Kansas
Parts Supervisor identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Supervisor monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Supervisor generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Supervisor independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. To be a Parts Supervisor typically requires 5-7 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

As Paint Supervisor, you will work closely with Welding Manager and production planner for schedules, plan, organize, lead, and control the paint team’s work that may involve painting, powder coating and other assembly operations as needed
What will I do?- Prepares items for finishing operations to include cleaning, masking, and sanding as required.
- Paints items as required.
- Powder coats items as required.
- Inspects finish to verify conformity.
- Ensures items are identified with work order number prior to painting or powder coating.
- Complies with all safety and hazardous material procedures, wears protective equipment as required to meet or exceed OSHA and company requirements.
- Complies with all requirements of Quality System requirements.
- May provide training to other employees on painting and powder coating operations.
What is required of me?
Required: High School graduate, or equivalent, plus minimum 5-10 years as Industrial or automotive Painter.
Desired: Knowledge of ISO Quality System Requirements.
