Parts Supervisor identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Supervisor monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Supervisor generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Supervisor independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. The Parts and Service Supervisor is responsible for driving department sales and productivity; training and directing Service Technicians; providing great customer service and automotive experience while servicing, repairing trailers and installing truck beds, snowplows, towing systems, and other related products; ensuring that parts and supplies are ordered, received and cycle counted; managing the service process and systems.

Previous applicable work experience
3-5 years applicable work experience preferred
Proven ability to weld (MIG and oxy-acetylene)
Valid Driver’s License
Trade School Diploma preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to work Monday – Saturday including overtime as needed
