Auto Value Parts Store

- Oversee the parts store operations, including inventory management, stocking, and ordering of parts.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability.

- Train, supervise, and support parts store staff to ensure excellent customer service.

- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth.

- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing to maximize profit margins.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding parts sales and inventory management.

- Proven experience in parts management or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience in team management and sales management.

- Knowledge of employee orientation practices and retail management principles.

- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus.

- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development.

- Proficiency in payroll processes and supervising staff effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
