What You Will Do

As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ordering, receiving, selling and keeping an accurate inventory of all parts at all times. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining inventory
• Stocking shelves
• Properly pricing out parts for customers and work orders
• Working with the Service Manager to determine if/what parts are needed for work orders
• Maintaining and organizing the service department’s bin system
• Tracking warranty submissions and communicating status with the Service Manager
• Engaging customers and promoting new products
• Providing product knowledge for specific brands (Mercury, Hyperlite, Mission, Malibu, Lowe, Avalon, etc.)
• Using suggestive sales techniques to cross sell other products or services
• Developing relationships with vendors and brand representatives
• Receiving quotes from suppliers
• Making decisions based on customer needs or specific sales goals
• Promoting the Launch brand

Requirements

Prior experience working as a Parts Manager or a similar role is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Other requirements include:

• Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and deliver results
• Adapting to a fluctuating schedule in order to meet seasonal demands of customers
• Taking initiative and assisting in other departments if needed

Pay: $41,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
