Parts Inventory identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Inventory monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the Parts Inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Inventory generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Inventory works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Seeking an experienced inventory stocker / merchandiser for our Metairie, LA Super HUB location. You should have verifiable experience stocking product, experience setting plan-o-grams, and merchandising skills. Ability to lift up to approximately 50lbs is required. Retail Merchandiser/Stocker
Duties:
- Maintain and organize product displays to ensure optimal visibility and accessibility for customers
- Clean and organize the store environment, including shelves, displays, and checkout areas
- Stock shelves
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus, but not required
