Parts Exchange identifies, inspects, coordinates, and processes parts to be exchanged. Dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. Being a Parts Exchange monitors all backorders and communicates and provides technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches. Updates and monitors the parts inventory database and places orders as needed. Additionally, Parts Exchange generates progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory and keeps records of completed orders. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parts Exchange works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Local Representative to work with 3-5 high school exchange students placed in the local and surrounding area. Recruitment and screening of host families, student placement, and connecting with local schools are primary tasks to be completed. Coach & Mentor cultural and social adjustments with teenagers from Spain, Thailand, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Poland, and other countries are the primary responsibilities. Meeting monthly in-person with teens and host parents is needed. Training is provided. Local Representatives minimum age requirement is 26 yrs old. Flexible schedule with most work done from home. Must be able to enjoy working with teenagers. Ability to laugh and have fun a plus!
