Concierge Security Officer

Payrate : $20.00

Securitas is seeking to hire a significant number of professionals to immediately join our team! We are openly hiring for fulltime and part-time personnel to fill our Lobby / Concierge positions.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

• Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
• Heavy foot traffic location - looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees.
• Control access (entrance and exit) to client site or facility through the admittance process.
• High level of observation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs / reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.)

• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable means of communication and transportation
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Covid-19 vaccine required.

Experience for Lobby and Mobile Positions : Additional experience needed for SOC and Shift Supervisors.

• Customer service : 2 years ( Required )
• 1 year security experience (Required)
• Front desk or concierge experience is preferred!
