Parole Officer is responsible for managing designated cases for prisoners who are on parole. Assesses the needs of the parolee, schedules and sets standards for supervision and creates reports on progress and behavior. Being a Parole Officer is responsible for scheduling or supervising rehabilitation program attendance and progress. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Parole Officer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Parole Officer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. 1. Resolve queries from customers and assist them with their journey through CTA Transit locations
2. Responding to emergencies and incidents with Monterrey Security
3. Making sure checkpoints are completing on shift
4. Dealing with any unattended baggage.
5. Riding and securing the training activity from 95th State to Howard ( Redline)
6. Enforcement of the rail transit duties by foot patrols of all platform and on-train activities.
7. Assisting passengers with their general inquires
