Parking Attendant distributes tickets to customers and collects payments in a parking facility. Directs customers to appropriate parking spaces. Being a Parking Attendant may park and retrieve automobiles in a full-service parking lot or garage. Greets guests and ensures timely service. Additionally, Parking Attendant may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Driver's license. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Parking Attendant works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area and ensure it is clean and well-stocked
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with catering and banquet services as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic culinary skills to prepare and serve breakfast items
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties
- Excellent guest relations skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
