Paralegal Supervisor supervises the paralegal team and implements systems and processes utilized to conduct research and produce legal documents. Coordinates the preparation of legal documents and tracks projects to ensure the work is completed accurately and on time. Being a Paralegal Supervisor organizes documents into formal report and proofs for attorneys. Trains paralegals to effectively utilize databases and legal libraries to conduct research. Additionally, Paralegal Supervisor typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Paralegal Certification. Typically reports to a manager. The Paralegal Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Paralegal Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Conduct legal research using various resources such as iManage and Lexis-Nexis - Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts - Prepare and organize documents for court filings and hearings - Manage and maintain document management systems - Assist with case management, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel - Maintain confidentiality of client information - Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and other litigation proceedings Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or similar role - Proficient in legal research techniques and resources - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you are a dedicated Paralegal looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply.
