The Contracts Manager/Paralegal must have significant and demonstrable corporate and commercial experience. You will be a key member of the Legal Department, responsible for a variety of matters including commercial contracts and related administrative support.  You would also be counted on to bring a high degree of order (document management, filing) to the Legal Department.

As a Contracts Manager/Paralegal supporting efforts for Pansophic Learning, you will support the following areas:

• Contract review and drafting
• Management of the departments signed contracts and other legal documents
• Drafting standard contractor agreements and NDAs
• Entity management
• Due diligence and litigation support
• Interfacing with all departments and company executives
• Suggest and implement process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• In-house/corporate experience
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
