Additionally, Paralegal assists attorneys with depositions, interviews, discovery, and investigations. Manages, organizes, and archives documents with software tools and technology. Job Description: King Law Firm, P.C. a busy Sioux Falls personal injury, work comp, and social security disability law firm looking to hire an experienced litigation paralegal. They will work closely with the attorneys in preparing legal documents, filing court documents and pleadings.
Job Duties: Drafting briefts, pleadings and motions. Maintaining and organizing document files. Gather and analyze research. File pleadings with court clerk. The job does entail correspondence between health care providers, attorneys, schools, goverment organizations, and the court. Must be highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced enviroment. The paralegal will assist at all points on the case.
