Job Description: Paralegal will assist attorneys on-site in the preparation of personal injury cases. Job responsibilities will include processing new client information, setting up new claims with insurance companies, gathering client medical records, corresponding with employers regarding client wages/work disabilities/restrictions, processing claims for reimbursement on behalf of clients, and managing all other aspects of new client files until they are done treating for their injuries and are ready for the settlement process. There are opportunities for legal research and other litigation related tasks depending on the qualifications of the applicant.
Qualifications: Applicant should be comfortable working with diverse clientele from different countries; be competent in computer-based legal research and word processing; and have good multi-tasking and customer service skills.
