• Assist in preparing / reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide support in various legal matters
• Coordinate and manage documentation, including organizing and maintaining files
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Provide administrative support to the executvive team as needed

• Associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
