Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to add to our new dinner operation in downtown Stowe.
Thursday through Monday, service hours from 4-9 pm.

Responsibilities:
-Work with us to create a bar and cocktail menu to fit our restaurant theme.
-Help set up bar to ensure efficiency
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink mixing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
