Pantry Worker - Casino jobs in Lees Summit, MO

The Kitchen Worker responsibilities is to clean all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and kitchen. Also responsible for performing any reasonable task assigned by the Sous Chefs or cooks. Assists in start up, clean up and shutting down of each shift.

• Answer to the Executive Sous Chefs and Cooks.
• Maintain proper sanitation and health department standards in all kitchen areas.
• Keep the kitchen in a clean and safe manner at all times.
• Know and follow all the St. Jo Frontier Casino policies and procedures.
• Perform any other job asked by management.
• Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
• Maintain working relationship with all co-workers, maintain open communication with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at all times.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License
