Seeking highly motivated, passionate, professional people to join our culinary team.
The line cooks at Chapel Hill Country Club produce the freshest ingredients for our family of members. We focus on regional cuisine for our well-traveled members with a focus on locally sourced products.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- We are a from-scratch kitchen.
- Follows all sanitation guidelines.
- Follow prep sheets and standardized recipes to set up their stations prior to service.
- Use food preparation equipment according to manufactures instructions.
- Must have the ability to keep the area clean and sanitary during and at end of service.
- Must be able to read and follow tickets with high accuracy.
- Must have a good attitude and be able to handle peak services.
- Need to be a good communicator/listener and be willing to work well with other team members.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. and stand on your feet for long periods.
- Must maintain team orientated attitude when dealing with special orders.
- Assists with other duties assigned by the executive chef and sous chef.
