We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Palletizer. In this role, you will be responsible for palletizing finished products according to specific instructions and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack and arrange finished products onto pallets according to predetermined patterns or specifications.
• Monitor production lines and ensure that products are palletized accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to ensure they meet company standards before palletizing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including clearing debris, disposing of waste materials, and organizing pallets.
• Assist with loading and unloading pallets onto trucks or storage areas as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate palletizing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.52 - $24.10 per hour
