Overview

The Palletizer plays a crucial role in the packaging process by efficiently stacking and organizing finished goods onto pallets for shipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety standards and wear all required safety equipment;
• Operate palletizing equipment to efficiently stack finished products onto pallets according to established procedures and guidelines;
• Monitor product quality and ensure that all items are properly packaged and labeled before palletizing;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency;
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel;
• Collaborate with team members to meet production quotas and deadlines;
• Performs other required tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred;
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in palletizing products;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Basic math skills for counting and recording product quantities;
• Commitment to safety and following established protocols and guidelines;
• Regular and predictable attendance.
