Job Description: Industrial Painter

Location: Toledo, OH, 43611

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial painting and be able to work independently to complete projects on time and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
• Apply paint and other coatings using a variety of techniques, including spray, brush, and roller
• Maintain equipment and tools, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and meets customer specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an industrial painter
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Willingness to work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces
