Position Overview :

As a Painter, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by preparing, priming and painting fire truck bodies.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities of the Painter :

• Prepare Fire Truck Bodies : Conduct minor body filling work to ensure a smooth surface for painting. Clean and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and masking.
• Paint Application : Apply primer and top coat to fire truck bodies with precision and consistency. Ensure uniform coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Finish Work : Perform body buffing and touch-up work as needed to achieve a flawless finish. Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain Clean and Safe Environment : Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Properly dispose of materials and waste in accordance with company guidelines.

• Experience in top coat application preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in minor body filling work to achieve a smooth surface.
• Ability to perform body buffing and touch-up work with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
