This full-time opportunity is available on 1st shift with a pay rate of $16.48 per hour.

Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 5:30pm

Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Painter is responsible for painting the property in accordance with company standards. The purpose of this position is to help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives        
    
Dress Code: Slacks or jeans, no rips holes, or tearsm and sturdy leather boots        

Must have 2 years experience. Must have valid driver's license.    

Does requires experience!!!!!!! Candidates will be responsible for painting properties in accordance to company standards.
