Duties:```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear while working
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in painting
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
