The ideal candidate is a painting professional with experience in residential and/or commercial painting. Must be able to physically perform all the job duties which include standing for long periods, climbing stairs, climbing ladders and being comfortable with heights as some work is done on roofs and multiple story homes, candidate is also able to perform repetitive movements.
Responsibilities Include:
· Painting indoors and outdoors
· Prep work - sanding, taping, patching, wallpaper removal, etc.
· Covering workspaces - floors and furniture.
· Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
· Executes work requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
· Painting skill and knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
· Reliable transportation (a reliable vehicle is a must)
· Self-motivated if manager is not on site and highly organized
· Detail-oriented
