Packaging Manager manages and oversees the packaging staff on designated shift to achieve operational objectives. Observes, analyzes, and researches packaging line operation to develop and implement scientific and efficient process. Position Summary:
The Account Manager will manage information flow to and from our customers and partners in support and generation of existing and new business. This information flow is inclusive of but not limited to the management of projects from development and approvals through fulfillment and shipping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage assembly projects from quote to invoice.
· Communicate as required with external customers to assist in meeting their needs.
· Attend meetings, and manage administrative aspects of customer interaction and requirements in Summit and customer locations
· Direct project coordination with the customer
· Scheduling all inbound, customer product
· Initiate both projects and jobs within ERP System
· Creating Bills of Materials within the ERP system
· Initiating the purchasing for all project-related materials
· Determine master production and shipping schedules
· Reporting all receipts, production, and shipping to the customer
· Leading internal production startup meetings
· Communicate project details to Quality Control
· Reporting activity within customer systems
· Confirm reconciliation of all customer products during and post-production
· Report reconciliation results and request disposition
· Ensure Customer POs reflect services reflected on the quotation
· Ensure assembly line tickets are accurate
· Collaborate and share Innovation with customer
· Communicate as required with external customers to assist in meeting their needs.
· Attend meetings, and manage administrative aspects of customer interaction and requirements in Summit and customer locations.

Required Experience & Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 2 years of Account Management and/or Supply Chain experience preferred
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
· Must be detail-oriented and well organized
· Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to: stand; walk; sit; use hands finger dexterity, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push, or move items up to 50 pounds. Use visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard. Frequently work near moving mechanical parts. Occasionally work in high, precarious places. Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions and loud noises. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position requires work in both an office setting and a warehouse setting. Work occasionally requires “after-hours” communication or extended work hours, including weekend or evening work. Working conditions in the warehouse setting may or may not be environmentally controlled resulting in hot or cold temperatures and work may be in areas where there is moving warehouse equipment.
