Production Line Worker

Job Type: Full-Time

• Starting Wage: $16/hr.
• OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
• Headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, TriLabs, a leading manufacturer of supplements and topicals, is looking for a Production Line worker.
• You’ll be responsible for assisting in the set up/take down, cleaning, and operations machinery/equipment.
• Additional duties will be to follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions to support manufacturing operations.
• MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must be able to follow regulatory and company policies and guidelines.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience working for a fast-paced manufacturing environment within Food or Nutraceutical industry preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to Quality and Safety.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English via speaking, writing, and reading.
• OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Adheres to existing corporate policies and procedures in the production department, including Regulatory, Quality, Safety, cGMP’s, and Good Housekeeping guidelines and programs (information on corporate policies will be provided upon hire).
• Follows all batch card instructions and steps to produce a high quality product.
• Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to Company safety regulations and policies.
• Conducts quality checks and monitors key control points as established in Batch cards, SOPs, or work instructions.
• Meets or exceeds daily production goals.
• Assists in the proper operations, cleaning, start-up, set up, and tear down of packaging equipment.
• Follows proper equipment/room quality metrics to ensure a high quality product.
• Maintains neat, concise, and accurate records for all associated documentation.
• Perform other job duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT
• A large percentage of the time is spent in the production area where noise level can be moderate to high.
• Duties are performed in a ventilated and air conditioned manufacturing environment.
