Packaging Machine Operator jobs in Springdale, AR

Responsible for performing all tasks related to the efficient functioning of the packaging equipment. The Packaging Operator is a member of a High Performance Operating Team and is required to function within that team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Operate, adjust, certify, document and maintain equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency
2. Follow cGMP
3. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product
4. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of process
5. Perform administrative duties
6. Must certify through all 3 phases
7. Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
8. You have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility shall be considered a part of your performance.

This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety- sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s Safety or the safety of others).

Eligibility requirements:

• Cannot currently be on a final warning or any kind of performance improvement plan
• Cannot have a final warning in the last 6 months
• Cannot have 9 or more occurrences
• Must meet the minimum requirements of the job
