SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator interacts with clients and internal team members to facilitate client’s project requests. This role operates in a fast-paced, real-time environment and is the driving force in gathering information, coordinating project scopes with team members internally and ensuring client’s expectations in the end.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE

• Be the point of contact for existing customers.
• Enter project scopes in our internal project management software that include details, timing and generate project estimates for clients.
• Assist the Account Manager in ensuring project milestones stay on track with internal team members and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintains strong communication lines with internal team members.
• Develop solutions to potential issues and communicate to internal team and customers.
• Communicate organic or new lead opportunities to the Account Manager.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a sales/customer service & project management capacity.
• Experience in the corrugated, display or retail packaging industry a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management Tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with sales, operations, design, and all levels of management.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer records.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities across the organization.
• Strong internal customer service skills: ability to respond in a prompt, polite and efficient manner.
