Join Mountain Country Foods, one of the largest pet treat manufacturers in the United States, as a Full-Time Weekend Packaging Employee. This role offers a unique schedule with alternating 3-day and 4-day work weeks (Fri-Sun and Thurs-Sun respectively). You will be part of a team that manufactures, packages, and distributes a variety of pet treats, ensuring the highest quality of our products. Responsibilities

• Ensure SQF requirements are met.
• Package pet treats into resealable bags.
• Inspect bags for correct seal and coding information.
• Palletize products.
• Help maintain records.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, containers, and floors to avoid contamination.

Qualifications

• 2 years of packaging or similar manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes GMPS, SOPS, SSOPS is a plus.
• Good manual dexterity, able to lift up to 30 lbs., able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Compensation

Our competitive pay rates range from $21.47 to $23.36 with new higher rates effective as of 7/1/2022.
