Packaging Engineer jobs in Ohio

Description:

• Design industrial packaging solutions
• Support industrial product plants
• Partak in R&D initiatives for new concepts- Liquid Packaging material
• Work directly with packaging companies and coordinate with pallet assemblers on design specifications
• Design to commercialization
• Make design changes to existing packaging as well as coming up with new ones
• Provide results to customers
• Determine dimensions on current boxes

*This is an innovative and exciting new packaging solution project*

Skills:

• Packaging engineering
• Packaging design
• Solidworks
• Production

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years experience in packaging engineering in industrial products (boxes, pallets, crates, racking systems etc)
• SolidWorks/3D modeling

This individual should be a self-starter and able to take initiative

Experience Level:

• Intermediate Level
