The Process Engineer position reports to the Operations Manager for the Arkansas Kraft Division. This person will provide support throughout the mill by collaborating with various parts of the organization to optimize process systems through improvement projects that enhance safety performance, reduce costs, raise quality, increase production efficiently, and minimize downtime.
