Package Design Manager leads the planning, design, and creation of packaging artwork for an organization. Utilizes graphic arts design techniques and tools to create compelling package designs that reflect the organization's branding and marketing objectives. Being a Package Design Manager incorporates industry practices and any regulatory requirements into package designs. Ensures that design and branding standards are utilized consistently for all packaging. Additionally, Package Design Manager collaborates with production, marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that meet all requirements and adhere to the budget. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in industrial design, art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Package Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Package Design Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Driver, you'll drive an Amazon-branded vehicle, delivering 200-250 packages daily. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhood you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers daily in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys, and so much more. You can expect to work 4 - 5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

What You'll Need as a Delivery Driver:
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (Non-CDL driver's license okay)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
- Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions.
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.
