Job Description
As a regional account manager, you will be responsible for new account acquisition in an assigned territory by contacting prospects, presenting the program and onboarding new accounts. You will have access to our massive database of businesses in which to contact as well as hot leads coming in all the time. You will work closely with your management team to set personal goals and develop a process that will ensure your success. Your responsibilities will include the following:
· Contact prospects to gauge their interest in providing UPS services. (This is a phone based sales job. You should expect to have a minimum of 2 hours of phone time a day)
· Complete and submit qualifying profiles for businesses that are interested.
· Present terms of service to qualified businesses.
· Collect onboarding paperwork and submit for processing.
Compensation and Benefits
This position provides competitive pay that includes a base salary with an uncapped commission plan and up to $30,000 a year in additional bonuses. Low-tier producers can expect to make around $50,000 a year with high achievers able to exceed $100,000 in total compensation. You will also enjoy employee benefits that include:
