Package Design Manager leads the planning, design, and creation of packaging artwork for an organization. Utilizes graphic arts design techniques and tools to create compelling package designs that reflect the organization's branding and marketing objectives. Being a Package Design Manager incorporates industry practices and any regulatory requirements into package designs. Ensures that design and branding standards are utilized consistently for all packaging. Additionally, Package Design Manager collaborates with production, marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that meet all requirements and adhere to the budget. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in industrial design, art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Package Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Package Design Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Massage by Design is looking for an Event Manager for a 3 day event! Tuesday, April 2nd, Wednesday, April 3rd and Thursday, April 4th, 2024 9:00am-2:00pm. This event is located in Tempe, AZ 85281 The Event Manager needs to have good communication skills, ability to manage a small crew of 3 therapists, reliable transportation, arrive early to assist in load in and be the onsite contact for the client and the therapists!

Basic Requirements:
- Current Massage Therapy certification or license
- Proof of GL insurance
- Must have a professional grade chair that is fully functional and in good repair

- Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills to ‘design’ a welcoming, safe and relaxing atmosphere
- Ability to work with deadlines and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Ability to incorporate a variety of massage techniques and tools if necessary
- Good time management- Reliable transportation

- Wear attire that is appropriate for performing chair massage
