PET Technologist is responsible for operating Positron Emission Tomography equipment to produce images and measure concentrations of Radioactive Isotopes in specific body areas and body products to obtain information for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illnesses. Requires registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A. Being a PET Technologist r. T.) or The Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (N. Additionally, PET Technologist m. T.C.B.). May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manage PET Technologist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We need someone who is dependable, reliable, and will show up for work when scheduled. This is a very physically demanding job. You must be able to lift anywhere from 30-75 pounds. There is also a lot of bending, twisting, kneeling, and pulling. Dogs like to bark so must be comfortable with a sometimes very noisy environment.
Team Leads are responsible for all suite attendants and the care of all dogs and cats in our facility. Supervising up to 6 employees at a time. Take dogs on walks for potty breaks and out to the park for play groups. Will be responsible for supervising up to 10 or more dogs at any given time. Feeding and watering several times a day. Picking up feces outside in park and areas where they potty. Cleaning up feces and urine in suite. Vacuuming and mopping floors with chemicals. Cleaning beds and washing towels, blankets, and owners' belongings. Cleaning walls and windows with chemicals. Washing food and water bowls and putting away. Cat care will be mostly feeding and watering. Documenting issues with any pets and communicating with the respective owners. Issuing write ups or verbal warnings when necessary. Will do working interviews and new hire training. This job will be working closely with our Kennel Manager.
Must be detailed-oriented, dependable, have reliable transportation. Flexibility is a must. This is a 7-day a week position. Must be available for weekends and all holidays. Previous Team Lead/Management experience is a must. Previous kennel experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must have customer service skills. Other duties may include bathing.
