In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for delivering top-notch end-user support, leading engaging training sessions on software utilization, and keeping our firm at the forefront of technological innovation. Join us in revolutionizing the way legal services are delivered!

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding end-user support and services using our cloud-based N-Able RMM solution.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on software programs such as SurePoint, NetDocuments, and Office365 Suite.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and expertise, ensuring continuous improvement in support services.
• Obtain and maintain relevant product certifications to enhance role effectiveness and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated work experience relevant to the Level 3 position.
• Product certifications in Microsoft AZ-900/AZ-104, Office365, Cisco CCNA, VMWare VCP, Rapid7 IDR/VM, CompTia Security , Network , CREST, and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) are preferred.
• Intimate knowledge of computing systems and the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant educational background.
