Primary objectives for Contact Operations are defined as a specified Programming, Assignment, and Structure Load services with client technicians
Description of Services/Deliverables:
Aiding field operations technicians in restoring customer services by performing tasks such as ONT changes, activations, and service provisioning
Assignment
Assigning facilities, correcting service orders, correcting programming or redirecting orders to engineering or customer support teams to ensure prompt service delivery to customers.
Structure Load
Assign facilities and/or reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify order or assignment errors
Responsible for maintaining, and provisioning logical inventory into critical systems, to provide voice and data services over copper and fiber facilities
