PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     • Repair computer hardware and servers as required
    • Test and implement new software programs for the company
    Required Skills
    • Basic knowledge of Computers and hardware components, customer service experience, and willingness to learn.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating systems (additional knowledge of Apple and Linux is a plus)
    • Able to read and understand technical manuals
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively

    • Professional certifications (e.g. A , Network ) will give you an advantage
