PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are seeking Maintenance technicians who are as passionate about providing customer service as they are about the work they complete.
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs (both minor and major). S / he implements regular and preventive maintenance programs that promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for residents and staff, and communicates with the Maintenance Director on the condition of buildings and equipment.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation ranges from $20 -$23.25 depending upon skills and experience.
