PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Job Title: PC Refresh Technician
Work Location: Washington, DC (100% onsite required)
Work Hours: 8-hour workday with core hours from 8am – 2pm

Project Overview:
The PC Refresh Technician will perform activities related to installing new laptop and desktop computers at one or more locations. The PC Refresh Technician will provide technical knowledge and expertise of Windows operating systems, software installations, while providing excellent customer service when replacing assets for users. The PC Refresh Technician will work with on-site manager, who will provide a list of responsibilities/tasks on a week-to-week basis. This is a fully trainable position. Computer knowledge is needed.
