PACS Manager plans and implements the overall Picture Archiving and Communication System policies, procedures, and services in a medical facility. Responsible for developing work process of the medical pictures production, archiving, and transmitting. Being a PACS Manager ensures the Picture Archiving and Communication System to meet diagnostic requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, PACS Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The PACS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Required Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; Associate’s degree preferred
    • 1 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
    • Driving is essential for this position so a valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check is required
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate a team
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
    • Knowledge of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, performance review process and more
    • Food Handlers Certification
    • Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state)
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand during entire shift
    • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
    • Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
    • Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
    • Frequent washing of hands
    • Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment
