Home services company in San Mrcos, TX needs an experienced, energetic, professional manager with a positive attitude and the ability to get the job done.

If you are a manager that is required to work all hours of the day and night including weekends, then this just might be the change you are looking for. Our Managers typically work 8 TO 5, Monday through Friday.

The firm is a residential cleaning firm providing services primarily in the client's home..

The ideal manager will have the following skill sets:

• Ability to schedule and manage employees and clients in a rapidly changing environment

• Ability to suggest and create processes and procedures as needed
• Great interpersonal skills to acquire and work with new clients

This position will be the face of the company in central Texas. The manager will have 100% control of this unit and will be responsible for all aspects of the unit. The primary day to day roles for this position will include recruiting employees, training employees, maintaining and adding clients, scheduling client jobs and employees, addressing customer service issues and much more. This is very much a hands on job and the manager will do whatever necessary to get the job done including working at the client's homes.

Management experience is required, but it does not necessarily need to be as the head manager. The best candidates will have management experience in any of the following areas:

• Restaurants or food service companies
• Home service companies
• Maid services
• Retail
• Lawn care or landscaping services
• Other consumer focused service companies
