Northwoods Surgery Center, a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, located in Virginia, MN is seeking a full time RN Clinical Director to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, and maintaining compliance with State, Federal, and CMS standards.

Ability to direct the activities of the staff and manage the personnel.
Knowledge: Working knowledge and experience in ambulatory surgery environment, preferably operating room preferred, including direct patient care. Ability to adhere to work schedule and manage time appropriately. Ability to effectively manage the activities and personnel in the surgery center. Knowledge of current nursing matters relating to healthcare management including QAPI. Ability to utilize resources in an organized and effective manner.
Qualifications include current RN license, ACLS, PALS and BCLS.
Administrative/management/leadership experience is highly desirable.
