The Center Administrator will oversee all operations for the Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Administrator will be responsible for day to day operations, ensuring compliance of programs, services, evidence based best practice and superior care all while maintaining the Center’s budget and its policy and procedures. The ASC Administrator will work collaboratively with the Medical Director and the Executive Committee.

The ASC Administrator needs to be a strong, focused and dedicated Nurse Leader. Requirements include:

• Registered Nursing license to practice in the state of Maryland
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• 5 years of clinical experience in Surgical Services, to include acute care hospital and outpatient ambulatory setting
• 2 years of experience in an upper level management or executive position
