- Attendance Oversight: Conduct daily reviews of patient attendance, follow up on missed sessions, and ensure proactive communication with patients.
- Admissions and Patient Engagement: Oversee the admission process, including the completion of psychosocial and psychological evaluations. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages patient engagement from the first day.
- Data Management: Keep referral data current in WellSky, addressing any barriers to admission promptly.
- Patient Scheduling: Review and ensure all patients are scheduled appropriately, addressing any issues with compliance or attendance.
- Staff Coordination: Lead daily meetings with staff to discuss patient referrals, admissions, and overall patient roster status, maintaining a sense of urgency in patient care and operations.
- Achieve financial targets through group sessions: 33,747 (Shreveport), 22,918 (Alexandria), 24,913(Lake Charles) and >.05% uncovered days.
- Meet clinical goals (documentation compliance), Patient compliance (Attendance 60%), patient care quality and engagement (% patient satisfaction scores).
- Staffing Goals – 80% retention for one year of service.
